loviuz E' un errore fastidioso che esce perché non è forzata l'impostazione di un set di caratteri unico sul db. Prova ad entrare su PhpMyAdmin e forzare il set di caratteri uguale a tutte le tabelle (ad esempio utf8_general_ci)
