Problema ripristino backup 2.4.45 - 2.5.3

Salve a tutti, per ovviare a problemi a riuscire a fare gli aggiornamenti sto provando a fare un installazione pulita della 2.5.3 e ripristinare un backup creato nella 2.4.45.
Al momento che seleziono il file e clicco su ripristina sta in caricamento qualche secondo e poi ritorna sulla stessa pagina senza dare nessun errore ma neanche effettuando il ripristino

Buongiorno bulle,
questo non è il metodo corretto di ripristinare o aggiornare un backup in quanto con il ripristino del backup vengono sostituiti sia il file che il database dell'installazione, andando a sovrascrivere i file con quelli presenti nella versione 2.4.54 ma mantenendo le query della versione 2.5.3 (file che non possono essere sovrascritti perchè mancanti nella versione precedente).
Questo è dunque una procedura del tutto errata di aggiornare il gestionale, a partire dall'impossibilità di avere i requisiti di installazione soddisfatti per l'installazione (OSM 2.5.3 richiede php >= 8.1, mentre OSM 2.4.54 richiede php <= 8.0 https://docs.openstamanager.com/v/2.5.3/openstamanager/configurazione/installazione#requisiti).

Buongiorno, grazie mille per le specifiche ma mi sorge una domanda, qual'è quindi la giusta procedura per ripristinare un backup di una versione vecchia?

Buongiorno bulle,
se il backup da ripristinare presenta la stessa versione del gestionale in utilizzo è sufficiente ripristinarlo tramite apposito modulo, se il backup riguarda invece versioni precedenti è necessario estrarre i file contenuti nello zip nella cartella vuota dell'installazione, e sovrascrivere il database con il file database.sql contenuto in esso.
